Return Eligibility
- Use your mattress for at least 7 nights. Your body needs time to adjust.
- Mattress must be in good condition. No stains, tears, or damage.
- Original plastic wrapping is required.
Refund & Fees
- You’ll receive a full refund minus a $20 restocking fee.
- Return shipping is covered by the customer, but we’re happy to help arrange it.
Non-returnable if:
- It’s a custom-made order
- You ordered the wrong size or model
- You purchased under a no-return promotion or opted out of the trial
